We want you to be happy with your Ram Has Jam books. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, books and other items must be unused and in their original condition.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@ramhasjambooks.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and let us know what you would like to return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to a change of mind or other reasons unrelated to an error or problem with the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@ramhasjambooks.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and, when applicable, photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The purchase price of the returned item will be refunded. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective order.
Please allow your payment provider additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.
