Return and Exchange Policy

At Ram Has Jam Books, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition to qualify for a return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@ramhasjambooks.com. Please include your order number and let us know whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

Returns are handled by mail. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Simply download and print the label, attach it to your package, and mail the item back using the provided instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and processed, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within the 14-day return window, provided the item is new and unused. Please contact us before mailing your item so we can help arrange the exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at hello@ramhasjambooks.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to arrange a return, exchange, or refund.
